Welcome to the EasyToTile online store.
We care that you are satisfied with your purchased goods, so this Return and Refund Policy has been prepared in accordance with the European Union legal acts and applies to all buyers in Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, and Latvia.

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

According to the European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a remotely concluded purchase-sale contract within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must provide a clear notice by email within 14 days from the day you receive the goods:

  • order number,
  • name(s) of the goods to be returned,
  • reason for return (not required but preferred).

    • 2. Conditions for returning goods

    The returned goods must meet the following conditions:

    • be unused, undamaged, without installation, use, or mechanical defects;
    • be in the original packaging, with all accessories, fastening parts, and instructions;
    • not be installed, attempted to be installed, or otherwise adapted.

    Built-in and concealed sanitary products (toilet buttons, holders, bins, etc.) cannot be returned if:

    • the product was unpacked and cannot be returned to its original condition;
    • installation was started or installation work was done;
    • the protective packaging ensuring hygiene and tightness is damaged.

    3. Goods that are not returnable

    According to legal acts and for hygiene and technical reasons, the following goods are non-returnable:

    • goods made to individual order or according to special customer requirements;
    • goods that become unsuitable for return after unpacking due to hygiene or tightness breach;
    • goods with clear signs of installation or use.

    4. Return process

    Upon receiving your notice of contract withdrawal:

    1. We will confirm the possibility of return by email.
    2. You will be provided with return information and address.
    3. You must send the goods no later than 14 days from the date of the notice.

    The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, except when returning a faulty or defective product.

    5. Refund

    Money will be refunded:

    • within 14 calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the returned goods;
    • using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

    Delivery costs (if any) are refunded only for standard delivery. Additional services or non-standard delivery are not reimbursed.

    6. Faulty or damaged goods

    If you received:

    • a faulty,
    • damaged during transport,
    • or incorrect item,

    please immediately, but no later than 48 hours after receipt, contact us by email at info@easytotileshop.eu and attach photos.

    In such cases:

    • the product will be replaced with a new one or
    • the paid money will be refunded,
    • and the seller will cover the costs of return and reshipment.
